Default La Hoya Bay

Hi everyone, La Hoya Bay is being compared to the Dubai Palm and we are Brokers dealing directly with the Developers. There are good Units still available in the Residential Blocks and also in the Business Village, where the latter comes with a Free Zone Licence rights, so its excellant value if you wish to setup business here. Our pricing is directly from the Developer and its a good payment plan, not what was mentioned here below. Any questions feel free to email me. Thanks

Default My previous mail

As advised in my previous email its about 820dhs per sq ft. The Northern Emirates particularly RAK and specifically Al Marjan cannot be compared to the mentioned areas. The evironment and scenic settings are special, its not overcrowded and doesnt have traffic problems. Its a permanent holiday 45mins from Dubai. The Developer is very reputable and it will be a good flip investment for sure. As for ESCROW it will come as this has only be recently approved in Dubai where other Emirate projects who are not approved, are under approval.

Thanks

I would have thought 1000 would be an average price around DSC or JV and hence find 1000 to be on the higher side for Hoya Bay. Can anyone advise me on this? Will La Hoya be a good flip investment in the short term? Is the developer a good one? Do they have RERA and ESCROW as mandatory in RAK?

Will appreciate whatever advice I can get. If you can offer the same to me for under 1,000, im sitting at the other end of empirexp@gmail.com

I am into buying pre launch properties plus a property analyst as well in a reputable firm, regarding La Hoya, I could not find a real time buyer yet even though i come across plenty.

I think La Hoya has to be a good investment and for flippers a 6 month wait is definite coz Dubai Royal Family and some VVIPs has personally invested in RAK (development of the emirates), so i think they will most probably follow the same trend as Dubai, with the same laws unlike other emirates.

Please pm me if anyone has practically made a profit, then i can get my company to invest in the secondary market
