i have been offered a one-bed front sea-view apt on 6th floor of starfish (block E) approx 710 sq ft for AED 1,192,000 (without parking) as of yesterday - can any of you guys in the know tel me is this a realistic price? would anyone advise paying the extra for both high floor & sea-view?

Thats working out at 1678 d/sqft which is on the high end.

Prices have gone up however not that high. I also think you could buy direct from Khoie cheaper than that, they sell between 1100 for their poorly placed and low floor properties to 1500d/sqft.

Can you get you around the 1250d/sqft for a 4th floor studio or 1/bed. PM me if you are interested. On the 15/15/ 70 plan.

Hi there,

I have been offerred a 1 bed at 790k (775 sq.ft) in Samoa at Pacific property in Al-Murjan Island. It is on 2nd floor and has side view to the ocean? Can anyone please comment if this property is worth investing or I should go for the a ocean view unit the 5th floor in Tahiti AT 968K. Can you share as to what were the price per sq.ft at pre-launch?

Hi I have been in RAs Al Khameih today. I have stock in another similar project in the area, patment plan is 5% now, 10% in 9 months, 15% 6 months after, 15% 6 months after and 55% on completion.
