danny in the pic the buildings on the left side with the piers are LHB i.e the buildings which dont have a beach but a pier where all the ships can park.

if you look on the right side you will see la hoya bay regency which they will be launching. THe REGENCY has the access to the beach and not the LHB. if you have any doubts just visit KHOIE Group Dubai UAE or just call them up and ask them. I might be wrong but in their render pictures there is no beaches.

Only the regency has it which they will be launching and the prices will be starting from 700,000dhs for a studio. thats what i have heard.

the pictures dont show any beaches and the picture u have attached which has a beach i think happens to be the REGENCY.

Hi RudeBoy

The buildings I was talking about is the four BIG buildings on the right of La Hoya Bay complex - not Regency in the back. It is called La Hoya Bay Pelican and have a VERY BIG BEACH just in front. La Hoya Bay can use this beach privatly together with residence of La Hoya Bay Pelican......I am not talking about La hoya bay regency.

I have talked to Khoie and they confirm private beach access in front of La Hoya Bay Pelican which is to the right of La Hoya Bay Residence.

SO THE CONCLUSION IS ACCESS TO PRIVATE BEACH IN FRONT OF PELICAN COMPLEX WHICH IS TO THE RIGHT.

Regards
Danny

Default Harbour Beach Residences

Anyone got any info on Harbour Beach Residences on the island? I've been quoted 1720 Dirhams / sq foot for a 4th Floor appartment on here.

I've also been told there will be a 6* marriott on site too

Does anyone know about this?

I was told that the last studio sold on pacific about a week ago for 85K pounds, dont know the location or size. LHB studios are now 1600 dirahms a square foot from the developer, but you can get cheeper from re-sales.

I was wrong, Khoie have just announced another 10% price increase, effective from September 1st.

That would put the studios at 1,760 dirhams at square foot.

Hi

Info from agents is that they are going for around 1600 Dhirams/square foot on average. What resale value figure are you looking at
