aakar are the developers prices start from 1550 per sqft very good investment serviced apartments if intrested in purchasing i have a few sea front apartments studios and 1 + 2 and 3 bed.

does anyone know the latest on LHB. Has Khoie sold out all its apartments. I am thinking of selling my apartment in Block C, willing to offer discount for a quick sale.

I have been emailed by Khoie to explain the hold-up in construction. They quote 'Construction was stopped due to a design inaccuracy by the consultants whereby the sea facing coffee shops would have been five feet higher than the levels of the board walk'.
'Construction will commence shortly and our construction crew will be working around the clock in 2 shifts, the site will be constructing 24 hours a day, to bring us back on schedule'.

I cant beleive at this late stage of the development they discover this faw in the design.
I hope the new architectual firm are more professional.
Does any know who the new architectual firm is?

Not the best time to sell. Wait if you can for completion. Completion is now supposed to be September 2009, However I think September 2010 is more realistic.
What price are you trying to acheive for your appartment

Does anyone have an update on when block B is likely to be completed ?

Also I have a one bedroom unit for resale pool/sea view on 4th floor if anyone is interested ?

It will be below the current market value. Not yet know the current value. Awaiting response from KHoie. The quicker the sale the bigger the discount I am willing to consider.
