London launch on 27th will feature Damac projects in Egypt. 1 beds will be offered at around 80K. Studios in Business Bay are sold out long time ago. Now the cheapest one left are 1 bedroom apartments. I can find out price for you if you want.

There are other good investment opportunities too.

there isn't an official availability list for the UK event released yet, but if you have a budget of 65K, you'll 99% get out of the event with a reservation form for a large 1 bedroom flat
