Mine is also a 1 bed room, 846 sq ft, 20% paid. OP is 888,300 AED. I'll also consider other offers as its negotiable. Will sell to the best reasonable offer.

I think our next payments aren't due till Feb 09. So "real true" don't sell for under market value.
