Default Emirates city or Marmooka City?

There is 2 options I want to have your opinions

1st option is Emirates city tower developer Midex in Emirates city only 1BR's available.

2nd is Konig tower in Marmooka city which is offering ESCROW and have studios available.

So what you think should I go for ESCROW but in Marmooka or Emirates Tower without escrow but in Emirates cty?

ESCROW is the future and the way to go. Be careful some developers project Escrow based payments which might not be ESCROW but payments linked to construction.

It seems Marmooka City is getting in news a lot these days. The tallest tower in Ajman. Its seems this place may take the lead in terms of pace of development and the number of projects in the pipe line. There are geart projects being annouced there, let me know if anyone wants to know more on these, PRE-Launch of course.

If you want an honest opinion , i went on a tour last week to ajamn , umm alqaiween, and RAK
I for sure would not put a penny in either three. the roads are a mess , there is no infrastructure , you feel like you are in the 18th century . and honestly if I get a house for free to live in it , i wouldn't .
so at the end of the day , remember location, location, location .
I don't think that the big Shaikhs in all three cities have the vision and the money to do what Dubai did in such a fast pace , it will never materialize and these buildings will be empty for a long time .

Good , and thanks that at least I found u on an honest side of the picture.
I have been shouting for months that Ajman, RAK and other r not good due to their infrastructure and toughest competition from dubai.
And once you are passed sharjah , on main emirates road, there are huge sign boards indicating that there are no fuels availble on entire emirates road from there, that means after that, there is no much development, and honestly I m expecting many projects to be shelved like UAQ salam city.

People should think before putting money in those place, unless one got it from heirtage or other easy means.and has got more than excess amount.

Hi there,

Ajman does have an lot of projected development in the pipeline I know they are trying to target the less affluent who cannot afford to live or rent in Dubai..I know they do have a new proposed city now aswell called Al Zahora a $60 billion dollar joint government development so the options are getting vaster in this Emirate. I personally would probaly go for Emirates just make sure all the necessary financial protection is in place. There are a few promotion video's on Youtube I have incorporated one into a len's (websites) I have made about Ajman..although the majority of content will not be relevant to what you are specificially looking for may be able to get some good from it.

Portmill Estates

Regards
Paul
