I like this group FALAKNAZ.Its coming up with solid power (One can see their work in Dubai sports city ) and hoping to see them be one of the best developers in the region.I came to know they r launching ' PRIDE ' in downtown AJMAN.

Any more info about the location?

What is considered downtown in Ajman these days, the creek area or Emirates Road?

You can check with pegasus real estate, they r the exclusive sales agent for that ,ofcourse the developer themselves might be selling it also.

Any news on the pricing of this tower. I understand from a friend that it is in a good location and very few inventory is available in the area and the apprecaition will be fast.

There is going to be a big launch of an Ajman Project in Marmooka City in Early June, so look out for it on Radio and the papers. It is in Pre-launch phase right now at good rates. Bear in mind that even in Ajman prices are going up each week, every project higher then the last, so move quick to secure something instead of sitting on the fance, cause suddenly it will pass you by! U r right that ajman prices are also going up each week,But I m curious to know if ajman govt has any plans to upgrade existing infrastructure to accomodate this much of realty expansion ? R u working for a developer or an agent ?
