hi john,

i live in al ain close to Al Noor project. It is only for UAE nationals. If you like to have very close look on the project you can go to Carefour and reach the first floor, then find an exit where people r using currently for smoking, then you will see digging works in progress..

investing in Al Ain meanwhile falls under very long term definition.. I think governers are focusing on the new urban plan of abu dhabi which will be seeing the light by 2030 ...by then ..i think there will be no empty square metre in abu dhaby borders..

i work for a master developer in abu dhabi who is involved in reem island..and i know what am writting you..

I agree, freehold properties are not available for expatriate investors in Al Ain
