I need to bring to your attention that these sort of plots are all owned by well known people in the country. It is their request not to show any details on papers unless a solid interested buyer shows intention. Also, Al Reem Island is now a landmark in Abu Dhabi, and it is luxurious project located on a natural island. I mean if any investor needs to make calculations on feasability to start investing in this island, i can make a presentation with prooven examples from the market or he can make few inquiries on prices being sold to enduser which are not less that 2500/Sqft for an appartment.

Now if yuo make a small calculation the plot cost is 750/GFA, construction cost is 600/GFA which is 1350 AED, and adding more unexpected costs we can make it 1500 which is net cost for a developer or investor to start selling appartments of course after recieving approvals on concept design...etc

In market currently developers like Tameer sell at 2800 AED, and Damac 3000+ AED...and some other developers started selling last week for 4000 AED ..all /Sqft ...and all property analysts know that Abu Dhabi is only in the begining of the trend it is a new born market with huge and secured money invested .
