Mortgage procedure for Swiss company

I have a Swiss company through which I would like own my UK residence and make other property purchases, I have a current mortgage in my own name for my current residence - what I need clarification on is can I transfer the property in the Swiss company name whilst I pay the mortgage? Secondly (and this may be a mortgage question rather than a tax specific issue)if the Swiss company then wants to buy additional property in the UK, how would the bank in the UK qualify them for a mortgage (or would it be easier for me to apply in my personal capacity and then just transfer the property into the Swiss company name!?)
