Default Fractional Ownership In Arran

The Isle of Arran is a perfect holiday destination, readily accessible and often referred to as ‘Scotland in miniature’. The island, situated in the Firth of Clyde on the west coast of Scotland and just a short ferry journey from the mainland, offers a wonderful range of places to visit, historical buildings, wildlife and numerous outdoor leisure activities all within an area you can cycle round in one day.

For those who know the Island it is a place where they will have spent happy holidays perhaps over many years and for whom it has become an ‘institution’ - somewhere that is like a second home and where, the minute you step on the ferry, you relax and unwind from the pressures of everyday life.

Arran has always been a popular location for those seeking to buy a holiday home and increasing demand for property is likely to ensure prices will continue to rise and that fractional ownership will prove to be a sound investment. Arran is a holiday location often enjoyed by extended families or groups of friends and rising prices will put the purchase of larger properties beyond the reach of many people. The costs of outright ownership, even when reduced through rental income, can also be prohibitive.

Park House is situated on the west coast of Arran and looks out to sea with wonderful views of Ailsa Craig (famous for being the source of the granite for curling stones), the Mull of Kintyre and, in the distance, the coast of Ireland. Sunsets can be spectactular.
Formerly a farm house it sits about 100 yards back from the road in a small steading and has its own private garden and parking for 4 cars. The house is spacious and with 6 bedrooms, sleeps 10 people comfortably making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It is fully equipped.
Park House is the perfect base from which to explore the island and after a day on the beach, a game of golf or a visit to Brodick Castle a great place to return to and exchange stories round the large farmhouse table and in front of a log fire.
