Default Co-buying in London

Hello,
Just come across a website that seems so useful that I just had to tell someone about it. It's called SharedSpaces.co.uk and it helps first time buyers like me to afford our first homes through something called co-buying. It's like flat-sharing but instead of renting together you buy together. The website brings potential co-buyers together to combine their deposits and buying power, they share all the costs and can buy years earlier than we could alone. I saw something on them in the Financial Times a few weeks ago and thought I'd check them out. I was worried about buying with someone I did not know, but the site goes though all the legal do's and don?ts of buying with someone else and pushes quite firmly on taking time to find the right person to buy with, and even suggests renting with them for a short time to be 100% sure. Anyway, thought it might be of interest to someone here,
Thanks
Alexander

Hi Alexander,
Only 25?? no I don?t think so. I?m guessing you are not a full member to have access. Well I have also checked out come buy with me. And they have lots of members too and are still free. I say you may as well start saving money from today. I?m sure it will only be a matter of time before the other sites get more members if they offer a free service??? Up to you though.
Good luck, wish you all the best.
Benjamin
