Default To get involved into the real estate market is like a game

Hy Andy!

My answer to your first question will be.....................get into the business now (into real estate) and play in the yard where you can make more moovements in a short time. Pick a market with a booming economy or a potential u find suitable in your case, than take action and buy few properties (depend how much you want to put into the game) in the early stage of development and make sure you can sell them fast.
This was the start for me also. I live in Romania now but for a long period i lived in London. I knew i had to do something so i picked the real estate area and i bought 2 apartment off-plan in my country (this was last year). In this moment i sold them and the price was double; now i'm involved with more properties i mean i bought more and i think i will rent them also.
Is a pleasure to speak about real-estate so if u have some questions ask me.....
Have a nice day.

Yes, even I feel that you have to look for abroad investiments by considering the current and present situation. As, of now the rates were not constant they were increasing and decreasing . I think you better wait for some more time go for an investiemnt in UK when the markets are doing well.

If you don't feel ready to start investing abroad, look for a steady, fairly stable area - maybe a student town where you have a good chance of always filling rentals? Just do a lot of research first, pick the right area, and look out for new developments that may flood that market - you don't want your place sitting empty and turning into a money sink a year after you buy it.
