Hi,

I want to buy an apartment in London. Where will be the good location with good rental return. What is there any price range of 115000 to 120000 UK Pound apartment availibility? Is it free hold? Means i am from other country can buy there?

Bilal,

You won't get much (if anything) for that kind of money. Use the net to search properties for sale in London, likewise properties to let, and you can work out the answers for yourself.

Why London? You'd do better in regional university cities like York. Entry level prices are lower, capital growth is good and rental demand is high.

That's good to hear from you. Buying an appartment in London is an good idea and owning a appartment in London is an nice . As the peices of this London are quite high when compared to that of the other city's in UK . As most of the business people will be staying over here.
