Default Property in Highlands ( Inverness )

Inverness seems to be very popular city here in Scotland .

I have some cash to invest / buy and though I'm interested in overseas property I am disabled too which would make inspecting it akward - hence my interest in something more local.

In any rate this money I've received is probably my last if only chance to make a spin of the wheel and perhaps some income so I've trying to look into all options available, even ones at home.

thanks

Hi

A close friend of mine owns a building on the main road, almost opposite the railway, some 50m to the right. He is looking at just selling it to a developer, but is open for a JV. At the moment, he is drawing up some plans for the apartments, and then will put it up for sale. That area is great because local council really want to see it develop. 50m away is an old BT building, which was just purchased for a hotel, the buildings on the opposite side of the road are being renovated and redeveloped too.

PM me for contact details if you are interested.

Regards,

Kana

Some good options in scotland, but don't rule out other parts of the country.

Personally I'm looking at the south west, some really good properties in dorset & devon with godd profit margins (30% - 50%).

also looking for joint venture partners, if your interested....

well having an property is an good idea to have but I advise you to wait for some more time and buy an property. As of now the proprty prices in the UK marekt has dropped more then 10% and expected to drop more in the new year. So, wait untill the prices drop and buy a property of your choice at an cheap price .

Hi,

I work in the tourist industry in Scotland and can advise that Both Aberdeen and Inverness are both very good areas to have Bed and Breakfast Guest house establishments. Inverness in particular is a booming City and goes from strength to strength. There are cheaper places to buy outwith the UK, but the income potential from these establishments is strong, as the tourists find Inverness a desierable place to visit.
