Default Finance Help Needed

I have a property valued at £160,000, I can purchase for £145,000. Rental would be £700 - £750. I am unable to fund this myself, is there anyone out there that may wish to help. I have a tenant willing to rent for at least five years.

HELP NEEDED.

The property is a 3 bed semi, in Shirley, Solihull.
It needs a little work, but is double glazed, central heated and has a conservatory.

well that's good to hear from you as an investor in the property with huge amount. I hope you could get enoough returns in the future, as you said there is an tenent who whats to rent for 5 years that's an really good offer for you , make sure that you increase the rent every year so that you will not get loss on your investiment.
