I have been investing is US foreclosures this year. It's a good market to be in if you buy the right deals in the right areas. You can get cashflow positive deals that also provide equity up front.

To get involved you usually work with someone on the ground in the US that can source the deals and handle the transaction for you. A good trustworthy team is essential if you want the process to go smoothly. I get deals every week that are in a stable US city not impacted by the downturn. I can advise you that this is the time where you can buy an property at an less price , but sell it when the prices are good. As of now the prices are slashing down highly and expeced to go down in new year. This you can do only if you are looking for long-term investiments.
