Just thought everyone at totallyproperty should know how well I did on my new apartment.

I just bought this new apartment in Mosman Called bondapartments.c0m.au Bond Apartments in Mosman, just as I bought it, I was approched by someone who wanted to buy it for $50k more!

Was just so happy I just had to tell someone

I hope you grabbed the $50,000 and ran.

Just because you were offered $50,000 more does not mean it was a legitimate offer. It's not a good offer until you have the money in your hand.

Could post some images of your new apartment I wish to have a new one too.

Any ideas of the design, home improves and more? I am still saving ti get one. Hopefully by the next 3 months I could have my own.

Did you accept the offer? If not, have you ever gotten such an offer again? I'd be astounded if you had!
